Shamika is excited about capturing the title of Miss Global Teen, which will be the 7th international title garnered by this organization, and perhaps, the most important one.

Special thanks to Theodore Elyett's Miss Teen Bahamas Organization.'

I got a chance to speak to Mr. Theodore Elyett and asked: 'Can you describe the feeling you get as you see your queen have continued successes?'

The organization and execution of top class pageants is not just a passion, its my life's mandate. Twelve years ago when I embarked on this road of delving into the field of Beauty Management, I envisioned myself someday operating an organization of this sort, but never in my wildest dreams did I think that we would be so successful in such a short amount of time. In five short years I am overjoyed when I think about the successes of the eleven queens that we have crowned thus far. Not only have six of those ten ambassadors captured international titles for The Bahamas and our organization, but many of them continue to attain success even after their reign is complete; that means we are doing something right!

IslandMode: 'What are you expecting and planning for the future?'

The future for me looks very bright Aneka. As I now look back at the past 12 years Ive realized that its about time for a mental readjust, I am now embarking on the rest of my life's journey with the end in mind. I envision Theodore Elyett Productions, the parent company of Theodore Elyett's Miss. Teen Bahamas Organization, becoming a household name, not only locally but globally as well! As our motto states, "A Local Organization On An International Assignment," with God at the helm of this ship its only uphill from here. To be respected and known as the best in the world at pageantry, that's my future!

Ms. Roll and the entire Theodore Elyett Miss Teen Bahamas Organization has my full support.

Now let's bring home the victory!
