Okay okay, sorry for the panic attack but I couldn't help but think about the good old Degrassi days when Drake played the fine-as-hell Jimmy, before he turned into rap superstar Drake. This was one of the most heart breaking moments on the show. Check it out:
This weekend past I got the opportunity to meet a few family members on a three day trip that was filled with great memories.
It's always refreshing to be around nice people but it was absolutely great being around family, that made me feel comfortable, accepted and welcomed.
This trip really made me realize the importance of family and a supportive unit. Seeing the way my cousins and parents supported me in every possible way and ran to my rescue if needed was a secure feeling. Watching how close my younger cousins were was a great feeling and knowing I have that back at home with my parents and sister was even a greater feeling.
This is an ode to family, the ones that stand by you no matter what differences occur. Always remember to be grateful for the ones you have, you never know when they'll be gone.

Recently Marcus has been warming up to the weary SlimSimone and offered some down time conversation when he couldn't’t sleep at night. Seems like he needed some attention himself. Out of his good heart he offered to whip up something tasty for the little Simone; Shrimp scallops, smooth pasta, mixed vegs clothed by tender pieces of steak with a side of glistening red wine. Mmm Mmmm, hard breathing and wandering eyes filled the room to its brim; overflowing with aching bodies and silences that rings loud in the ear.
He whips out his knife and slices, kneed, flick a wrist and ignite the range, draw back and retrieve his favorite spices, run over to the bedroom and change into something more comfortable.
‘Dinner’s ready!’
Just like that, in an instant she is infused by flavors that awaken her taste buds, wrapped by the aroma of lust and craze, tickled by pushy desires and wanton.
They enter the kitchen in an attempt to clean the dishes but little did Marcus know Simone wanted to clean her dirty little mind.

If you know anything about me you know I love Beyonce like good food. You just gatta love the girl. She keeps it fesh all the time and she is one of the only few artist I think can last to stand the test of time.
Most singers nowadays aren't concerned about making legendary music but this chick keeps doing it for me. She's mature, fun, fresh and full of surprises. So I nearly lost my mind when I found out she has a new song AND a new video.

I can't believe I let this song slip pass me but it's safe to say it's a killer.
I finally got some time off so I decided to spend it with a few girlies and of course the day couldn't be completed with having lunch somewhere divine. We decided to stop over to the Iguana Cafe- Bar and Grill and we made a great choice.
I got a chance to speak with owner Chris PapaGeorge that said the restaurant has been in the Prince George Arcade on Bay Street for the past ten years.
The inside area is nice and cool if you are trying to run away from the hot sun 
or if you are looking for a great place to sit outdoors and enjoy the view from up high then this is the place for you
The food was absolutely amazing. The menu ranges from Greek Specialties, Gyros, Grilled Sandwiches, Seafood Dinners, Native Dishes, Pasta, Beers and Tropical Drinks.
We got the delicious Mozzarella Sticks, a Gyro Sandwich, Chicken Melt, Bacon Burger with Provalon and a Bacon Burger with American Cheese and it's easy on the pocket. So good service, great food, greater price ;)
The outside area is my favorite as you get the opportunity to enjoy some of the cool breeze and overlook the inner part of the arcade. I had a great time with the girls.

With my love for food and discovering new places I stopped over to Ichiban Restaurant a few weeks back and the newly renovated Sea Front Sushi Restaurant last night
Let the battle begin!
I’ve always loved Ichiban’s delicious and delectable food choices but having a huge bite of Sea Front Sushi’s scrumptious and satisfying choices made me rethink: ‘which one is better?'
Here’s my examination of the two:
Scenery: it’s safe to say both these restaurants offer great scenery while you eat. Sea Front Suchi both upstairs and down stairs offers a view of boats in the harbor and a little traffic on the one way drive. Ichiban has the same
Customer Service: both restaurants are sure to make all of its patrons not only well fed but comfortable.
Now time to get down to the main reason I was there, the food.
You can’t visit one of these restaurants without trying their rolls and I was sure to try Ichiban’s version of Sea Front Sushi' Salmon Tempura roll. I love this rolls because of the rice bits and the crunchy shell. Sea Front Sushi’s version wasn’t very different. You just have to try these.
Ichibans ‘Woo- Woo’ is a fruit drink mixture with Vodka but over at Sea Front Sushi the mixture is called the Rum Rummer. They look the same but be careful, Sea Front Sushi’s a little stronger. If you are driving try something lighter or even a soda. You’d would wish you did.
Food and Cultural Experience: When trying new places I want to feel like I am experiencing something totally new and different and being in a Japanese restaurant made me feel like eating fortune cookies and eating with chap sticks. Ichiban offers a slight amount of cultural experience with their chap sticks and boat-shaped bowls but Sea Front Sushi came out on top in this category with the mini booths that holds up to six persons. No shoes are allowed in the booth and you are required to either kneel or sit on the softest little black cushions. There were neither forks nor spoons so if you don’t know how to work those chap sticks you better get your crash course now. 
At Ichiban I had the Shrimp Musamun Curry, Crispy Shrimp with Rice Noodles, Deep fried bakery roll (if my memory served me correctly)
Last night over at Sea Front Sushi I tried the Miso Soup, Salmon Tempura Rolls and
The beef tempura Dinner
I'll play it fair in this regard and say whichever one you choose to eat at will guarantee a tummy full of satisfaction.
Affordability: It’s pretty safe to say that Sea Front Sushi is definitely more affordable than Ichiban.

If your bra is heightened in your back you may be wearing the wrong bra size. The back should be on the same plane as the front.
If the bottom part of your breast is hanging out of the bra it may need to be adjusted or you may need to change your bra size.

A reason to dress up: Use this as a reason to match from shoulder to ... well you know ... and enjoy yourself while running errands throughout the day; knowing you are dynamite underneath those jeans and tanks.
Extra hold and support. Wearing the right bra size helps with keeping the girls in place during vigorous activities.
Comfort: The right bra size feels like you're being held by soft fabric and is easy to move around in.

I must be missing a 'Chick- Chip' because after seeing this movie by Jennifer Lopez I'm starting to question myself, 'Is there something wrong with me?'
In her latest movie 'The Back Up Plan' she plays the roll of a single woman who wants a baby. She decided to go to a sperm bank for artificial insemination and it all spiralled out of control from there. Before she knows it she meets the glistening haired-golden smile-trophy boy and falls for him.
Long story short: She is frightened about what's about to happen, she falls in love and tries to figure out how she's going to tell her new beau.
This movie really started to get underneath my skin when she later found out that she is not only pregnant by a freckled face stranger, she's now expecting TWINS! Yes, two babies, just like in real life.
I'm tired of watching movies that no matter what the story line is, some part of Jennifer's real life has to be in there. When she is not the feisty Latina 'from the Bronx' she is the bootylicious Drama Queen. And in this case, she is preggers with twins like she was two years ago. I can't take this anymore.
Not to mention, there were one too many images for me about babies being born and visiting the doctor during this time.

However, I did find the content very interesting as I recently did a post about women and biological clocks and this movie is a testament to a woman's need to have children before time runs out for her.
